the private room 35 – 80 people
this space can be booked on the proviso that food must be ordered. for cocktail functions, we supply a portable bar, manned by a dedicated bartender. the portable bar carries your pre-selected beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. for parties over 50 people, we can also offer an area of the terrace directly outside the private room, weather permitting (due to it being an uncovered area). we can partition off this area and leave it empty for guests to mingle, or we can set up furniture as per your requirements. there is an additional charge of $100 per hour to hire this space.*
parties over 80
for functions over 80 people, we can certainly still accommodate you – the bar area can be booked for your group, but it would not be totally private. guests will be served from our main bar complete with our full range of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. you will also have staff assigned to look after your group. there is an additional charge of $100 per hour to hire this space. you may need to hire garden hedges to partition off extra space on the terrace area depending on the final number of guests, there will be an additional charge for this which we can advise you of.*
parties of 35 – 50
(or not wanting to book the private room)
if you’re after something less formal and not wanting to book the private room, your cocktail party can be hosted in our bar area. guests will be served from our main bar and canapés will be passed around your group by our wait staff. there is a flat fee of $100 to hire theatre ropes to partition off a space for you.*
* we require a $500 deposit to secure the booking, please note we do not host cocktail or canapé functions
on any fridays or saturdays throughout the year with the addition of thursdays in november & december.
