at SOUL, we are blessed to deal with some of our country’s most wonderful producers and be able to offer you their incredible products, both food and wine. this is especially true of the agricultural community in hawke’s bay, new zealand’s food and wine region.
post cyclone gabrielle, the scale of the devastation and destruction across te matua a maui is heart breaking, so we at soul would like to find a way to help the hawke’s bay community, even if it is just a little bit. on wednesday 29th march, we will be hosting a lunch where all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the hawke’s bay foundation cyclone relief fund. this foundation ensures that 100% of this donation will go directly to the hawke’s bay community to help those in need.
our SOUL staff are donating some of their time and our suppliers are donating food and wine to help make this all possible. our friends and brand partners are also donating products to be auctioned on the day to help raise a little bit more! these include products from caitlin crisp, kathryn wilson, by natalie, millo, silk & steel, maggie marilyn, and augustine to name a few. our goal is to raise $35,000, and we invite you to join us and be a part of helping our fellow kiwis in their massive recovery effort.
