our menu planning ensures SOUL’s most popular dishes are offered, whilst still giving guests a choice on the night. all dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice, including vegetarian, religious or allergy needs. we do not allow BYO and charge for beverages on a consumption basis only. a deposit of $500 will secure bookings for large groups of 15 people or more – this is deducted from the final bill on the day. we can take care of all the arrangements for you including hireage of conference equipment, flowers, birthday cakes and special menus to suit your needs.
bookings of 15 people or more will require a set menu. you can select one of our 3-course set menu options; on the day guests will be able to choose their entrée, main and dessert. we recommend the pre-selection of your initial beverages so our friendly staff can be ready for your arrival. you can then take your time to order other wines and drinks to follow, if you have a preferred beverage, please advise us in advance to ensure we have plenty in-house. guests can request an inside or outside table when booking in our main restaurant, however, these are not guaranteed and are allocated by seating time and party size on the day. Our interior restaurant can accommodate up to 85 people for a seated lunch or dinner.
SOUL’s private room has expansive glass screens separating the room from our bar area. this fantastic indoor space overlooks the bar and terrace. the room accommodates a maximum of 30 guests seated, along with a fireplace for cooler months. the minimum amount of people for the private dining room is 15 and a 3-course set menu must be selected for guests. there is a $100 per hour private room hire for this space and av equipment can be provided at your request. the room is available for lunch and dinner sunday through wednesday all year round with the addition of thursday’s during the winter months.
