this year, we’re back with a bang for restaurant month — and by “bang,” we mean a cheese soufflé so good it might just bring a tear to your eye. from tartare to truffle, ragù to raclette, squid to soufflé, this menu is all about shaking off winter hibernation and giving you a reason to leave the house.
start things off with the scarlet bloom — our seasonal cocktail that tastes like a holiday in a glass (blood orange gin, hibiscus, and just enough citrus to keep it interesting). then settle in for two dreamy courses — or go for three. you deserve it.
